If you are planning on attending one of our shows please let us know & we can have your order ready for you to collect. Payment at shows are Cash or Cheque only.
Shipping
We aim to send out your goods to you on the same day. We send out all items first class and have a standard charge of £1.75.
If you live in the Harlow area & order before 3pm we can deliver to you the same evening. Just complete checkout in the normal way. Please make sure you include a contact number so we can arrange delivery with you. We normally deliver between 6 & 8pm. If you are not sure if you qualify for this service contact us on 0845 4710 306.
Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase please return your goods to us within 7 days of purchase & we will either send you a replacement or refund your money. We can however not accept returns of papers or kits that have been part used. If in any doubt please contact us.
Loyalty Points Scheme
We offer a customer loyalty points scheme. When you place your first order with us you will be sent a leaflet with all our details on it. On the back of this leaflet is a space for you to collect your loyalty points. For every £5 spent excluding p&p you will earn a point. Collect 10 points & you will receive £5 off a following purchase. If you are ordering through the website we will send your points with your purchase.
